Reminder: Friday, January 22, 2016 marks the 43rd anniversary of Roe vs Wade, one of the most controversial decisions in the history of our supreme court.
We plan to hold our annual Roe vs Wade Memorial, to remember the 58,000,000 babies whose lives have been extinguished before they are born in our nation and our city. However, this is more than a public memorial service for lives lost, but also a time to celebrate lives that were on the edge of destruction, but were snatched from the jaws of death.
Please join us as we pray, share, and worship Jesus on January 22, 2016 at the intersection of Trade and Tryon in uptown Charlotte from 12pm-1pm.
This is not a protest but a public acknowledgment of our nation, city, and church’s guilt. It is also a public declaration that when God’s people humble themselves and pray and seek His face and turn from their wicked ways, He will hear from heaven and bring healing to our land (2 Chronicles 7:14).
***UPDATE*** In the event of inclement weather we will make a decision if the event will be cancelled or postponed. Please check our Cities4Life Charlotte Facebook page for updates the morning of the event.
